Samples & POS material: We do have some open stock for samples to show your customers. Samples defined as; product used to show color and wall thickness to customers to increase sales. We have a variety of banners, counter mats and product displays. Call us for what is in stock.

Shipping: We strive to stay 100% in stock. We currently ship out the same day if order is received prior to 1 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. We currently pay UPS & FedEx Ground or LTL shipments. One exception to the above are shipments light duty or sleeving not exceeding $200.00. These are sent only as prepaid & add or freight collect.

Expedited shipping : If you or your customer needs quick delivery, we require your shipping method and your account number to ship freight collect. (i.e. Red label UPS or FedEx Express, etc.)

Purchase Orders: We require a PO for all Orders. They must be faxed or transmitted electronically. Our fax number is (541) 895 – 4186.

Return Policy: We charge a 20% restocking fee and the return needs to be pre-authorized. All items must be returned in original box and unused. Incomplete boxes may not be returned. NO returns after 30 days.

Stocking Distributor: A Distributor that stocks a minimum of 5 sizes of Heavy Duty PRO-TEC-TO-WRAP tm.

Volume Price Discount: Available for United States Stocking Distributors only. On orders with your wholesale price of $500.00 or more you receive an additional 2.5% off net; or on orders with your wholesale price of $1000.00 or more you receive an additional 5.0% of net.

Non Stocked or Custom items: Colors, Sizes, Reverse cut, Pre-cut pieces, Product specifications different than catalog items; please contact us for a quote.

Terms: Net 30 days. 1 ½ % per Month on Accounts Over 30. Days.
